Our state-of-the-art infrastructure forms the backbone of our fastener manufacturing operations. The production facility is equipped with machinery and manufacturing tools to handle various stages of fastener production, including cold forging, threading, rolling, and inspection.
The plant is designed for smooth workflow and operational efficiency, ensuring consistent quality and timely production. A dedicated quality control area with advanced inspection equipment ensures that every fastener meets defined quality standards.
Our infrastructure also includes organized raw material storage, a well-maintained area for finished products, and secure packaging facilities, enabling safe handling and on-time delivery.
Regular upgrades to our infrastructure help us maintain high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Installed Capacity
Equipped Nut Formers‚ Header Machine and considering working in one shift‚ the installed capacity of unit is 60 MT per month (i.e. 720 MT per annum.).
